Job Overview
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to join our ever‑evolving ServiceNow Platform team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Location and Work Model
Hybrid – 3 days per week in our Cincinnati, OH office. We will also consider hybrid candidates in Atlanta, GA. This position is not eligible for remote work or visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, service outcomes, and the strategic roadmap.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
Drive prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams, balancing technical debt, enhancements, and business demand.
Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and value delivery across business units.
Ensure UAT, release readiness, and quality governance are consistently applied, supporting successful adoption and minimal disruption.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Proven ServiceNow Product Owner or BA experience in a large enterprise environment.
Demonstrable experience writing high‑quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment.
Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and prioritization frameworks.
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions at senior level.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – able to decompose complex business problems into deliverable platform solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to present confidently to senior leaders and non‑technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast‑changing enterprise environment with competing priorities.
ServiceNow CSA certification is a bonus. CIS certification is a strong advantage.
