Staff Brand Designer

Bringing a strong design perspective, the full-time Staff Brand Designer will manage and mentor a small team while owning design for public-facing editorial properties, creating engaging graphics, and leading internal programs, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:

Own design for Shopify's public-facing editorial properties and evolve the design system
Design infographics and shareable graphics to effectively convey complex information
Lead design for internal programs and events, ensuring high creative standards are maintained

Required qualifications:

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating complex brand work and system-building experience
Deep fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite across physical and digital formats
Proven experience with data visualization and infographics
Track record of owning and evolving design systems
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in the creative process
