Supporting a high-performing creative team in the pharmaceutical advertising industry, the Remote Associate Creative Director will drive the development of integrated campaign concepts and deliver impactful creative across various channels in this short-term contract position.
Key responsibilities
Drive development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and traditional channels including social, web, email, video, and print
Partner closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams to bring strategic ideas to life from concept through execution
Lead and present creative work internally and to stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and adapting based on feedback
Required qualifications
Strong background within a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment, specifically working on pharma brands
Demonstrated ACD-level conceptual thinking with the ability to develop, lead, and sell strategic campaign ideas
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on creative execution experience
Deep understanding of regulated pharma environments including MLR processes, fair balance, and compliance requirements
Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation, concept development, and creative workflows with strong judgment around brand safety
