Supporting a high-performing creative team, the Remote Associate Creative Director in Pharmaceutical Advertising will drive the development of integrated campaign concepts across various channels, partner with senior leadership, and contribute hands-on design work while ensuring high-quality creative output in a short-term contract position.
Key responsibilities
Drive the development of integrated campaign concepts across digital and traditional channels
Partner closely with senior creative leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic ideas
Lead and present creative work, articulating strategic rationale and adapting based on feedback
Required qualifications
Strong background in a pharmaceutical advertising agency environment, specifically with pharma brands
Demonstrated ACD-level conceptual thinking and ability to develop and sell strategic campaign ideas
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with hands-on creative execution experience
Deep understanding of regulated pharma environments, including MLR processes and compliance requirements
Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation and creative workflows with strong judgment around brand safety
