Job Details
Experience: 3-5 years

Manage and oversee marketing budget

Request, compile, and report KPI data from all vendors

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors through regular communication

Identify opportunities to optimize current tactics and explore new marketing strategies

Manage social media channels, including content creation and posting

Develop and distribute monthly email campaigns

Communicate pacing updates with managers and leadership, adjusting marketing efforts as needed

Monitor and optimize paid ad spend and campaign performance

Review quarterly SEO plans and blog topics to ensure relevance and timeliness

Collaborate with leadership to create timely and compelling offers

Process and send monthly invoices for all vendors

Adjust online booking capacity as needed

Design and produce branded marketing materials

Coordinate, manage, and attend all sponsorship events

Design and order branded merchandise

Coordinate with the parent company’s corporate marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives across channels
