Owning the positioning and messaging for Casechek's solutions, the full-time Senior Solution Marketing Manager will develop value propositions, create sales enablement tools, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive market success in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain solution positioning and messaging architecture to ensure a consistent narrative across the buyer journey
Create value propositions and ROI models that quantify impact and support Sales and Customer Success efforts
Build sales enablement toolkits, including playbooks and competitive battlecards, to empower the Commercial team
Required qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, or a related commercial discipline
Background in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle, healthcare supply chain, or medical device commercialization
Proven ability to lead through influence and engage with senior executives
Experience with CRM software and Marketing Automation, preferably Salesforce and Pardot
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
