As a Supervising Associate supporting communications for EY’s Industries and Growth pillars, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality internal communications that support business priorities across EY’s industry groups.

Working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders, you will help bring our communications strategies to life, supporting the development, coordination and execution of communications that drive clarity, alignment and engagement.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of internal communications across commercial industry groups, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

Draft and edit communications, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters and presentation materials

Help translate business priorities into clear, audience-friendly communications

Coordinate communications plans and calendars, ensuring alignment across teams and priorities

Manage logistics and execution for key communications initiatives, including internal campaigns, leadership meetings and events

Partner with team members to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with broader firm priorities

Maintain and organize communications assets, ensuring materials are easy to access and up to date

Track deliverables and deadlines, helping ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard

Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong attention to detail

Contribute ideas to improve how the team plans, executes and measures communications

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Good judgment and professionalism when working with sensitive or high-visibility information

Ideally, you’ll also have

Approximately 4–7 years of experience in communications or a related field

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience drafting internal communications materials

Familiarity with digital and internal communications channels and tools

Ability to work effectively in a team-based, matrixed environment

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,800 to $139,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,800 to $159,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
