Area Sales Director
Flowers Bakeries is hiring an Area Sales Director to support DSD (direct store delivery) and ID (Independent Distributor) sales, manage customer relationships, pursue new sales opportunities, and track sales data.
Responsibilities
- Support DSD and ID sales efforts, managing customer relationships.
- Engage in sales activities, grow customer base, and seek new selling opportunities.
- Track sales data and build strong customer relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure promotion and display execution in the market.
- Utilize digital tools to show execution wins and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on consumer insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales, including experience as a sales rep or distributor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Essential Job Requirements
- Must acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Minimum age 21 years.

Salary
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000, depending on experience.
