I’m partnering with Brightworks Sustainability to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Marketing / Proposal Coordinator to support strategic pursuit efforts and help win meaningful, impact-driven work.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing high-quality proposals, qualifications, and client-facing materials that reflect the technical expertise and real-world impact of our sustainability consulting work. You’ll collaborate closely with technical staff, leadership, and business development teams while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage proposals, SOQs, and interview materials from concept through submission

Coordinate the end-to-end proposal process, including schedules, inputs, compliance, and final production

Collaborate with technical experts and leadership to create clear, compelling client-facing content

Tailor proposals and qualifications to specific clients, industries, and geographies

Maintain marketing collateral, project databases, and content libraries

Support interview preparation and presentation development

Track opportunities and pipeline activity in CRM systems

What You Bring

3–6 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or professional services marketing

Experience working on RFQs/RFPs and deadline-driven submissions

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign preferred

Nice to Have

Experience in AEC, consulting, or sustainability-related industries

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce

Hybrid role based in Portland, OR (~3 days in-office)
