KPFF is hiring an AEC Marketing/Proposal Coordinator in our Portland Civil office to support proposaldevelopment, marketing communications, and content management with a hybrid work schedule. The roleemphasizes collaboration and works closely with marketing and technical teams to develop clear,compelling, client-focused pursuit materials that reflect KPFF’s brand, culture, and technical expertise.

A strong communicator and organized marketer who thrives in a collaborative,deadline-driven environment. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys both storytellingand visual communication, can balance multiple pursuits at once, and takes pride in producingpolished, high-quality work.
Primary responsibilities focus on proposal coordination:

The coordinator manages RFQ/RFPresponses, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials, collaborating with technicalteams to develop client-focused narratives and ensuring compliance and quality throughout theproposal process. Tasked with translating technical information into clear, persuasive content thatcommunicates project understanding, team strengths, and design outcomes.
Marketing and communications support:

The role includes supporting internal marketing efforts suchas presentations, graphics, organizing marketing assets, maintaining content libraries, and assistingwith CRM database, website and social media updates.
Qualifications and skills required:

Candidates should have 3–5 years of AEC marketing and proposalcoordination experience including managing RFQ/RFP responses and understanding the full proposallifecycle, strong writing and editing skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite(particularly InDesign), ability to manage multiple deadlines, and knowledge of marketing databases orCRM systems. Understanding of how AI tools can support efficiency while recognizing their limitationsand risks in professional communications. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications,journalism, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Physical demands and work environment:
