Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 2 Days In Office)

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

LeaderStat is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our Executive Search team in Columbus.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who wants to move beyond transactional recruiting and build a career in executive search. You'll partner with healthcare and senior living organizations nationwide to identify and place top leadership talent, including Executive Directors, Administrators, Regional Leaders, Vice Presidents, and C-Suite executives.

We're looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, uncovering passive candidates, and creating opportunities where others don't.

What You’ll Do

Lead executive-level healthcare and senior living searches from start to finish

Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers

Source and recruit passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and market research

Partner with clients to understand leadership needs and provide talent market insights

Present high-caliber candidates and manage the hiring process through placement

Contribute to business development and long-term client growth

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree required

Experience in executive search, professional recruiting, healthcare recruiting, or consultative sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive, self-motivated, and commission-driven
