Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 2 Days In Office)

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

LeaderStat is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our Executive Search team in Columbus.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who wants to move beyond transactional recruiting and build a career in executive search. You'll partner with healthcare and senior living organizations nationwide to identify and place top leadership talent, including Executive Directors, Administrators, Regional Leaders, Vice Presidents, and C‑Suite executives.

We're looking for a true hunter—someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, uncovering passive candidates, and creating opportunities where others don't.

What You'll Do

Lead executive-level healthcare and senior living searches from start to finish

Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and decision‑makers

Source and recruit passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and market research

Partner with clients to understand leadership needs and provide talent market insights

Present high-caliber candidates and manage the hiring process through placement

Contribute to business development and long-term client growth

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required

Experience in executive search, professional recruiting, healthcare recruiting, or consultative sales

Experience with business development

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Competitive, self‑motivated, and commission‑driven
