Business Development Professional
Come join our team! We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional based in the USA to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong existing client relationships and a ready client database in the US Healthcare and service-oriented outsourcing domain. This role is focused on new client acquisition, not account management.
Responsibilities
Bring new clients from existing contacts and client database
Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure
Acquire clients in the following service lines:
US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
Scheduling Appointments/Patient Experience
Personal Injury (Legal Support Services)
Other process-driven / service-oriented outsourcing operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Country Heads, Directors)
Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
Requirements
Must have an active client database and proven contacts in the US market
Demonstrated success in closing US clients independently
Experience selling Healthcare RCM or similar BPO / KPO services
Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows and compliance
Ability to generate business without heavy marketing dependency
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling offshore / India-based delivery models
Existing relationships with: Healthcare providers, Medical billing companies, Law firms (Personal Injury) & Hospitals, clinics, MSOs
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant processes
