$24.00 per hour
M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Onsite NOT Remote

What's a typical day as a Customer Resolution Specialist? You'll be:
Investigating and addressing customer concerns or complaints
Communicating with customers via phone or email
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues
Documenting all interactions and resolutions
Logging product quality complaints & adverse events
Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvement
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Answering product questions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma (required); some college experience is preferred.
Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Are available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
High aptitude for learning & retaining information
Excellent communication skills
