This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Designer based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate end-to-end digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing channels within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining engaging customer touchpoints that strengthen brand consistency and improve usability across platforms. From UX/UI design and responsive web development to motion graphics, email assets, and digital advertising, your work will directly influence how audiences interact with the brand online. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, engineering, and IT to translate ideas into visually compelling and user-centered digital solutions. This is a highly creative and execution-focused role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on design craft. It is ideal for a designer who thrives in structured environments, enjoys managing multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-impact digital work. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to evolving design systems, digital innovation, and continuous optimization of user experiences.

Accountabilities:

Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of websites and digital experiences using WordPress and front-end technologies
Create responsive digital assets including landing pages, email templates, digital ads, banners, and marketing collateral
Design UX/UI solutions including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface components to improve usability and engagement
Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content to support campaigns, internal communications, training, and events
Support digital product design for mobile applications and other customer-facing platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, IT, sales, and external partners to execute digital initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure quality, accuracy, and design system alignment
Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Asana and collaborate in Figma and other design systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI, or marketing design roles
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Solid understanding of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and digital best practices
Experience working in Figma and collaborative design workflows
Strong UX/UI knowledge including accessibility standards, usability principles, and digital user behavior
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear visual storytelling
Experience with motion design, video editing, or content capture (preferred)
Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, or MySQL (preferred)
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact) and SEO/digital analytics (preferred)
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
