About the Role
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the strategic development and execution of talent acquisition initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s workforce by designing innovative recruitment strategies that align with business goals and promote diversity and inclusion. The Director will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and department heads, this position will drive workforce planning and talent forecasting to meet current and future organizational needs. Ultimately, the Director of Talent Acquisition will build a strong employer brand and a high-performing recruitment team that supports the company’s growth and competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity and inclusion principles.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization or within the technology sector.

Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Demonstrated experience in employer branding and talent marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment plans.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies and processes.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing partners.

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
