Sales Coordinator

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client within their Sales Department. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities Process customer orders via email and phone while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support sales managers by maintaining accurate pricing and communicating updates to customers
Review and validate sales orders and purchase orders for data accuracy
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Partner with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any shipment issues
Maintain and update sales records and documentation
Communicate customer feedback internally to improve processes and service
Coordinate with accounting on sales corrections, AR follow-ups, and invoice processing
Provide support to plant personnel regarding schedule changes, rejections, and related updates
Ensure customer contracts, specification sheets, and vendor warranties are properly filed and up to date
Work with sales and QA teams to process quality alerts, claims, and product rejections
Assist with international transactions and related documentation
Support special projects and reporting as directed by Sales Operations leadership
Required Skills and Background Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field; customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications Strong math and analytical skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
