Position Senior Account Manager – Travel Partnerships and Advertising Team, Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities Develop and sustain strong partnerships in a high-value strategic territory, providing relevant data insights and high‑quality needs‑based consulting services to hotel partners.
Build relationships with C‑Suite and GMs to influence at a strategic level.
Ensure partner hotels’ products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized on Expedia Group sites to maximize customer conversion.
Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high‑demand periods to satisfy traveler needs.
Secure seasonal deals and promotions to support brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
Continuously promote and develop hotel partners’ high engagement with Expedia Group’s full suite of tools and opportunities.
Represent Expedia Group in assigned markets and establish relationships with key local influencers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business initiatives and drive market strategy.
Provide coaching to colleagues and peers on best practices.
Execute commercial initiatives such as seminars, webinars, and partner roundtables; dedicate 20‑30% of time to partner visits.
Deliver the best traveler experience through self‑service tools and support.
Execute effectively based on KPI metrics and promote self‑service guidance.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, partner/client success, consultative sales, or related field.
Experience influencing at scale and affecting outcomes for partners.
Proficiency in English.
Passion for travel and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong appetite for innovative technology and data‑driven decision‑making.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Strong negotiation skills and relationship‑building ability.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Growth mindset and ability to receive feedback and improve performance.
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task to achieve critical targets and strategic objectives.
Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $127,500.00 – $178,500.00, with potential to increase up to $204,000.00 based on performance. Incentive plan available.
