Job Summary
The Community Marketing Agent performs face‑to‑face marketing as a brand ambassador at popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public on behalf of Wyndham Destinations. In this sales‑based role, they engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience, inviting and incentivizing guests to attend award‑winning vacation ownership presentations.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits
Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, stay updated on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%)
Travel Requirements
Within Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
Must maintain production standards.
Full availability to work weekends and holidays, daytime & nighttime required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Training Requirements

Knowledge and Skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
Job Experience
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
