Job Overview

We are looking for a Public Relations and Business Development Specialist with corporate experience, negotiation skills and exceptional skills to represent the company, develop strategic alliances and organize events aimed at the Hispanic market looking to buy land in Mexico from the United States, directly driving sales in the real estate area.
The central objective of the position is to generate sales through the creation, coordination and execution of commercial events, establishing relationships with unions, companies, organizations and community groups that can become business opportunities.
This role will also be responsible for recruiting licensed vendors in each state, coordinating event logistics, and securing business closings with their team.
Main Responsibilities

Public Relations & Partnerships

Create strategic alliances with unions, companies, and organizations in the U.S.
Represent the company in meetings, breakfasts, lunches, presentations and corporate events with a focus on sales.
Negotiate agreements and spaces in hotels or event centers to execute sales activities.
Develop strong and trusting relationships at the corporate and institutional level oriented to results.
Event Organization

Plan commercial events aimed at Hispanic groups: meals, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, etc.
Prepare budget, complete logistics and schedule for each event.
Supervise the correct execution of the event to guarantee attendance, impact and sales.
Sales & Recruiting

Recruit state-licensed vendors to operate during each event.
Supervise the temporary sales team and ensure their productivity.
Support direct sales closings and follow up on prospects.
Ensure that each event generates measurable results and meeting goals.
Planning & Reporting

Prepare activity projections for 3–4 months.
Present weekly reports with progress, metrics, opportunities and sales generated.
Profile Requirements

Experience

Verifiable experience in public relations, corporate negotiations or business development.
Experience in the organization of corporate or commercial events.
Experience in sales, fieldwork and management of institutional relations.
Abilities

Exceptional verbal communication and professional presence (English and Spanish).
Ability to create solid, persuasive and trusting relationships.
Organization, leadership and management of complex logistics.
Focus on results and ability to work under pressure and monthly goals.
Knowledge of the U.S. Hispanic market (desirable).
Availability

Availability to travel frequently.
Ability to cross the border Mexico USA.
Residence or availability to work in one of the following areas:

Los Angeles
Las Vegas
Texas
New Mexico
Arizona
Illinois
Florida
New York

Priority will be given to candidates located in areas with a high Hispanic concentration.
Contracting Scheme

Professional services contract (not payroll).
No taxes are withheld; Form 1099 is delivered at the end of the fiscal year.
Weekly payment.
Compensation

Up to $1,600 USD per week.
Commissions based on sales generated.
