As a Senior Activation Manager (Mensch) Online Marketing, you are responsible for the setup and execution of digital campaigns with various ad servers (Campaign Manager 360 and Adform).
Team-Kollaboration: You work closely with the planning, consulting, and investment management colleagues as well as the teams for SEA, Social, and Programmatic.
Technische Abläufe: You ensure optimal technical campaign processes between external media marketers, ad servers, and third-party providers like Nielsen, IAS, and DoubleVerify.
Kreativ-Koordination: You coordinate the coordination with creative agencies for the production of the planned advertising materials.
Reporting & Learnings: Based on defined KPIs, you create campaign reports, derive reliable learnings, and develop long-term optimization measures from them.
Performance-Management & Reporting: You continuously analyze the performance, optimize for increased campaign effectiveness, and control the pacing to achieve the booked delivery.
Beratung & Empfehlungen: You advise our customer teams confidently on campaign optimization and develop independent, well-founded action recommendations.
Das zeichnet dich aus:
Ausbildung & Qualifikation: You have a completed degree (preferably in STEM/BWL/VWL) or a comparable qualification.
Berufserfahrung: At least 2 years of experience in the online area as an Ad-/Campaign Manager are part of your profile; you are well-versed in relevant online KPIs and their optimization.
Adtech & Reporting: You have reporting experience with Sizmek, DCM, or Adform and know third-party providers like Nielsen, DoubleVerify, and IAS for viewability and brand safety.
Technische Grundlagen: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS helps you in assessing and troubleshooting technical set-ups.
Tool-Skills & Analytik: You combine very good Office-365 skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with high numerical affinity and analytical understanding.
Sprachkenntnisse: You have very good German language skills in both speaking and writing.
