An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in the launch of a highly anticipated therapy within the pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) space.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering the chance to contribute to a significant product launch that has the potential to make a meaningful impact on patients living with rare and serious diseases. Working cross‑functionally with commercial, medical, sales, and agency partners, you will lead healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives, develop launch strategies, and create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HCP brand strategy and annual tactical marketing plans.
  • Lead HCP marketing initiatives from concept through development, approval, production, and deployment.
  • Manage assigned marketing tactics independently, ensuring delivery against timelines, objectives, and budgets.
  • Develop foundational launch materials, including core visual aids, speaker presentations, and other key promotional assets.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and training teams to ensure successful rollout and execution of launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Support market research initiatives, including qualitative and quantitative studies, advisory boards, and customer insight generation.
  • Translate market insights into actionable HCP marketing strategies and tactical recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise performance.
  • Manage agency relationships, project budgets, and timelines.
  • Participate in promotional review processes, supporting the development and approval of compliant marketing materials.
  • Partner with teams responsible for field‑based and digital HCP promotion to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Conduct field visits and ride‑alongs to gain insights into customer needs and resource utilisation.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional societies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the disease area, competitive landscape, payer environment, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology marketing experience; or
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device marketing experience, or a PharmD with 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • 5+ years of HCP marketing experience.
  • Understanding of the PAH, pulmonary, or rare disease therapeutic landscape.
