This role is based in the North/Central New Jersey area. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media operations, capturing and creating engaging content, growing online communities, and increasing brand awareness for Damien Fertility Partners and physician accounts.The ideal candidate combines strong content creation skills with an understanding of marketing, patient-centered storytelling, and social media analytics. Experience in healthcare, women's health, fertility, or wellness industries is a plus.The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, development, implementation, and coordination of internal and external social media channels to support the business objectives for the clinic. Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing exceptional fertility care and helping patients navigate one of the most important journeys of their lives.Reports To: Director of MarketingKey Responsibilities:Social Media ManagementManage social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Create and maintain monthly content calendars that support marketing campaigns, physician initiatives, patient education, and community engagement.Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Content CreationCapture and create high-quality photo and video content within the clinic.Produce engaging reels, stories, short-form videos, graphics, and educational content.Collaborate with physicians, providers, and staff to develop informative and compelling content.Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, patient privacy regulations, and healthcare marketing guidelines.Community ManagementManage daily engagement across all social platforms.Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Foster meaningful relationships with community partners.Monitor online review platforms and escalate sensitive patient concerns when necessary.Engage in and attending events -shooting and capturing contentCampaign ExecutionSupport marketing campaigns, events, physician promotions, patient success stories, and awareness initiatives.Coordinate content related to fertility education, LGBTQ+ family building, egg freezing, IVF, donor services, and other clinic servicesAssist with influencer partnerships and community outreach initiatives.Analytics & ReportingTrack and report key performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and lead generation.Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for optimization.Utilize social media analytics and third-party tools to measure campaign effectiveness.CollaborationWork closely with marketing leadership, physicians, clinic staff, and external vendors.Participate in marketing planning meetings and contribute new content ideas and growth strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.2-3+ years of professional social media account managementStrong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and short-form video editing.Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Preferred/A PlusExperience in healthcare, fertility, women's health, wellness, or medical marketing; not required but preferred.Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.Compensation & BenefitsFull-time positionSalary exempt: $55,000-65,000 depending on experienceSome travel requiredMedical, dental, and vision benefits.Paid time off and holidays.401k benefits.Professional development opportunities.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact helping individuals and couples build their families.
