Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for writing, editing, and shooting news promotion for broadcast and digital platforms.
Primary duties will include producing non‑topical spots, including image, sweeps, POPs, and station event promos.
Other duties will include event planning and participation, shooting or assisting on promotion shoots, scheduling of spots, and helping develop a high‑level creative staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
B.S. in Film, Television, Marketing, Advertising, or Broadcasting.
Minimum three years of experience in promotion at a TV station.
Proven ability to write promotional copy for TV, with excellent editing and post‑production skills.
Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
