To build a trusted, community-powered media brand for people leaders and HR professionals, the full-time Senior Editor will create and manage engaging editorial experiences across various formats, focusing on audience growth and decision-support content while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Create and publish editorial content across articles, newsletters, social media, podcasts, and events to engage HR and people leadership audiences
Develop insight-led decision-support content that aids technology leaders in making informed operational and organizational decisions
Expand audience reach through contributor relationships, strategic partnerships, and effective content distribution across multiple channels

Required qualifications

Strong experience in creating B2B, practitioner-led editorial content
Proven ability to grow newsletter engagement and subscriber audiences
Experience with multimedia formats, including video, podcasts, and social media
Familiarity with SEO, audience engagement strategies, and analytics tools
Strong editorial judgment and ability to synthesize complex information into engaging content
