As a Relationship Manager II – C&IB within PNC's Commercial Banking organization, you will be based in Denver, CO. Job Description
Co‑ordinate relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals.
Work with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs, generally under moderate supervision.
Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet, handling origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non‑credit products and services.
Manage risk/return, drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Provide ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well‑being to increase engagement and loyalty.
Maintain effective internal and external networks, including community or industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones while enhancing the client experience.
Present full range of PNC's products and services to clients, leveraging reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for more complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $228,800.00, variable incentive based on performance.
