We're growing and we're looking for a sharp, self-motivated marketing professional to help us grow smarter.

The Role
This is a hands-on, ownership-level position - not a support role. You'll be building and managing our marketing presence from the ground up, driving business development efforts, and helping position Pustola & Associates as the go-to design-build firm in Connecticut. What You'll Do

Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms — creating content, running ads, and growing our following with purpose

Build, maintain, and optimize our company website

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting existing and prospective clients

Identify new business leads through proactive research — including P&Z agendas, permit filings, industry news, and market trends

Research and track relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities for firm leadership

Collaborate with our project team to develop compelling RFQ/RFP submittals for public and private procurements

Develop project profiles, firm qualifications packages, and marketing collateral

Produce organized weekly marketing meeting prep materials — upcoming opportunities, pipeline outlook, deadlines, and priorities

Bring fresh ideas to the table on how to position and promote the firm

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services

Strong writing and communication skills — you know how to make a contractor sound sharp

Proficiency with LinkedIn (including paid ads/Campaign Manager), email platforms, and CMS/website tools

Working knowledge of SEO best practices

Experience supporting or producing RFP/RFQ responses is a strong plus

Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities

Creative and organized!

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
