Position Overview
Account Executive focused on Mid-Market Non-Profit clients. Your role is to understand their unique needs, align their mission goals with Salesforce's capabilities, and drive strategic partnerships that amplify their social impact.
Responsibilities
Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise.
Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
Sell on value and return on investment versus technical functionality.
Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
Uncover business initiatives and challenges to map solutions across multiple lines of business.
Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
Have a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
Qualifications
Average of 5–7 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
Experience selling to the C-suite.
Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers.

Salary
Typical base salary range for this position is $77,550 - $133,100 annually. The range may differ by location. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range is $85,300 - $146,500 per year. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits.
