Hibu offers an Outside Sales Representative position with unlimited earning potential in a growing industry. On‑target earnings year 1: $90,000‑$120,000. Year 2: $115,000‑$130,000. Base salary is $51,000.

Key Responsibilities

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO

Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments

Grow own book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management

Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects

Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries

Requirements

Benefits and Compensation
Base salary $51,000, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, with ongoing support.
