About the Role
Join a GenAI Discovery and Prototyping team as a React Software Engineer building user-facing applications that integrate prototype AI models into business workflows. The role focuses on front-end React development, connecting to backend systems (C#), and delivering scalable, maintainable user experiences in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.

Integrate GenAI prototypes into user-facing applications and workflows.

Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.

Work with backend systems (including C#) to connect APIs and services.

Contribute to feature design and implementation, ensuring clean structure and best practices.

Participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, troubleshooting, and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Strong experience with React and front-end development.

Working knowledge of C# and backend integration.

Experience building scalable, user-facing web applications.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN).

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or integrating GenAI / AI-based solutions.

Familiarity with prototyping environments or innovation teams.

Domain knowledge in animal nutrition or formulation (nice to have).

Work Arrangement & Location
Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
