Contract Pay Rate

– $12,750/month ($75/hr) – this rate assumes full benefits. ***Please note: preference will be given to candidates in the mid of the pay range.

Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the operational lead for the Nvidia MDF-funded developer investment portfolio, overseeing end to end execution across Reactor programs, global events, hackathons, and community activations. This role is responsible for ensuring strong operational rigor, cross functional alignment, and clear executive visibility into performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall program management, including master planning, operating rhythm, and delivery governance

Own budget tracking, financial alignment, and funding accountability across all workstreams

Develop and manage integrated workback schedules, timelines, and milestones

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution

Drive clarity of ownership, deliverables, and measurable outcomes across all initiatives

Coordinate execution across Microsoft, Nvidia, Reactor, product marketing, community, finance, agencies, and regional teams

Maintain clear and actionable tracking of action items and progress against commitments

Deliver concise, executive ready updates that communicate progress, risks, and decisions

Qualifications

Prior experience working at Microsoft

Proven experience managing complex, high visibility programs with multiple stakeholders

Strong financial and operational management skills, including budget oversight and resource planning

Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly evolving initiatives

Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional coordination skills

Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate execution into business impact

Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to engagement, adoption, and partner impact
