Coordinate all aspects of the Public Affairs Branch (PAB) in the Emergency Control Center for Radiological Control Emergency Preparedness and for All-Hazards Emergency Response.
Research and develop proposals for improving PAB performance in all response scenarios; synchronizes plans and training with local and NAVSEA 08 guidance.
Develop strategic communications plans and products in support Command strategic communications and emergency response initiatives.
Write press releases and news and feature articles, and takes photographs, for dissemination to military and civilian media outlets and other media as required.
