Deliver personalized and effortless interactions with customers through various communication channels
Become an expert in products and services to provide efficient support and solutions
Share customer insights with colleagues to advocate for service improvements and process enhancements
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact or call center, preferably in D2C subscription businesses or the pet industry
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers over the phone
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers
Proven skills in de-escalating customer issues and turning them into positive experiences
Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced customer-facing role
