Focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage sensitive interactions, advocate for service improvements, and become an expert in products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Deliver personalized interactions through various communication channels, building strong rapport with customers
Become an expert in products and services to provide efficient support to customers
Share insights from customer interactions to advocate for improvements in service and processes

Required qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact or call center, preferably in D2C subscription businesses or the pet industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a comfort in engaging with customers over the phone
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate customer issues effectively
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships
Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
