Product Development Manager

Our client, a DTC children's apparel brand is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their tight-knit team, on site in their New Jersey Offices!
Responsibilities:
Lead the product development process from inception to delivery.
Partner with cross-functional teams.
Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate sample management, reviews, and feedback.
Lead in resolving product-related issues to support quality and on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate development records, calendars, and project updates.
Proactively identify potential challenges and help implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to keep projects progressing efficiently.
Ensure product details and development requirements are communicated clearly.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Product Development, Production, or related field.
Strong understanding of the product development and production process.
Children's Apparel experience preferred, not required.
Experience collaborating with vendors, manufacturers, or external partners.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
