We're looking for a driven Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business while managing and growing existing customer relationships.
You'll work directly with fraternity and sorority leaders across the country, helping them create custom apparel for their organizations. This role combines sales, relationship management, customer service, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, self-motivated, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
- Prospect and reach out to fraternity and sorority chapters nationwide
- Develop relationships with apparel chairs, recruitment chairs, and chapter leadership
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, referrals, marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries
- Consistently create new sales opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
- Identify upcoming chapter events and apparel opportunities
- Ensure customers have everything they need throughout the ordering process
- Help customers select products and apparel options
- Collaborate with our design team to bring ideas to life
- Present quotes and close sales opportunities
- Manage timelines and expectations throughout the order process
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Solve problems proactively
- Communicate clearly regarding artwork approvals, production timelines, and delivery expectations
- Create an experience that makes customers want to order again
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

- Customer service experience
- Greek Life experience
- Experience in apparel, promotional products, or printing
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- $15/hour base pay plus 5%-10% commission on all sales
- Uncapped earning potential
