Senior Program Manager, Colorado

Leading the administration of the Grid Resilience Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Colorado will oversee project management, compliance, and interagency collaboration while supporting federal funding initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities

Oversee ongoing projects related to grid hardening and advanced grid monitoring, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
Manage subrecipient relationships and coordinate documentation, communications, and financial reviews to support program objectives
Lead the application process for future funding rounds and collaborate with the U.S. Department of Energy on program initiatives

Required qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in management
Experience with federal or state grants and managing vendors or grantees
Proven ability to work with state agencies, local governments, and electric utilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the energy sector and with stakeholder engagement
