$87,000-$105,000/yr
Job type:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who is passionate about expanding the ways people experience brands, has a specific eye for the details, and skillfully communicates with various stakeholders. At Giant Spoon, Senior Account Managers take pleasure in getting to ‘do it all’. They will work under the Account Lead to help support and manage all client relationships and associated requests, and work closely with all other teams to ensure deadlines are met and creative work gets out the door in a consistent and timely manner. They must have a strong ability to manage a cross‑functional team and multiple work streams simultaneously. Projects vary in scale and scope, and require the ability to deftly manage multiple sub‑workstreams. Senior Account Managers are crucial to the fluidity and efficiency of projects and should be prepared to get their hands dirty in all stages of the process, acting as a utility player to provide support to the team.

The ideal candidate is a go‑getter with high expectations for themselves. They’re also looking for ways to make operations more efficient, opportunities to improve the model or framework they are working with, and the know‑how to get the best of their team’s time. Most importantly, they are ready to become a Spoon – to give a damn, try anything, and enjoy the people they work with. This team is based in the New York office and works in a hybrid fashion with in‑office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are looking for candidates who can join us in NYC!

The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,000 - $105,000. Salary is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location.
