Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach within the AZ Multi‑Family market

Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Multi‑Family client accounts

Conduct regular onsite visits to client properties across the territory to maintain relationships and identify staffing needs

Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requests

Deliver a high level of client service to support retention and account expansion

Track activity, pipeline, and performance against established sales goals

Represent JWilliams Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development

Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing client relationships

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Ability to work independently in a field‑based role while managing multiple priorities

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the AZ market

Preferred

Experience in the Multi‑Family housing or property management industry

Prior staffing or service‑based sales experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
