Seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales Operations, this full-time position will manage revenue operations, focusing on renewals, retention, and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive disciplined growth and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the renewals operating model, enhancing Gross and Net Revenue Retention (GRR/NRR) through effective strategies and forecasting
Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership on growth and profitability goals
Design and oversee KPI frameworks, translating complex data into actionable insights to improve performance across the revenue lifecycle
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B environment
3+ years of people leadership experience
Proven ownership of renewals and retention strategies with measurable impact on GRR/NRR
Strong background in territory and quota planning, forecasting, and performance management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience
