The Opportunity

HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a fast-growing AI marketplace building the future of recruiting partnerships. The company is seeking Account Managers to help scale a world-class portfolio of recruiting firm partners. This is not a traditional post-sales support role—it's an entrepreneurial, revenue-driven seat for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys working directly with business owners. As an Account Manager on the supply side of the marketplace, you will act as a strategic advisor to recruiting agency leaders, helping them optimize platform usage, improve daily workflows, and unlock meaningful revenue growth. This role offers deep ownership, cross-functional influence, and the opportunity to shape how a category-defining marketplace scale.
What You'll Do

Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to:
Own high-impact partner relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to top recruiting firms, guiding growth strategy, execution, and operational excellence
Scale the supply engine: Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, engagement, and retention, then build systems that help partners perform at a higher level
Run marketplace experiments: Test incentives, workflows, and automations that improve liquidity, outcomes, and partner success
Bridge operations and product: Translate partner feedback into actionable internal tools, process improvements, and product direction
Drive revenue execution: Own and deliver against revenue targets tied directly to partner performance—not just satisfaction or retention
Operate like a founder: Take initiative without waiting for perfect structure, and push projects from zero to one

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered.
2–8 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or startup operations roles
Proven ability to own customer-facing relationships with measurable revenue responsibility
Experience in high-growth startups (Series A through pre-IPO environments preferred)
Demonstrated ownership of a revenue number (not purely retention or support-focused)
Strong operator mindset with the ability to diagnose problems and implement scalable solutions
Stable resume with clear impact and progression (no inconsistent short-tenure patterns)
Preferred Qualifications (Standout Differentiators)

Candidates with the following will be viewed as especially strong:
Experience working with marketplaces, SMB customers, or partner ecosystems
Background at a recruiting startup or deep curiosity about recruiting workflows
Exceptional academic or professional track record (top university or equivalent real-world excellence signal)
Evidence of ambition, originality, or uncommon achievement beyond traditional work experience
