Seeking a full-time remote Content Designer, this role focuses on designing and developing immersive simulations that enable learners to practice essential skills, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure authenticity and impact in simulation materials.
Key responsibilities
Develop realistic simulation concepts, storylines, characters, and scenario structures that reflect real-world workplace contexts
Research and synthesize information about the target audience, industry, and performance challenges to ensure simulations are authentic and valuable
Author simulation materials and draft scoring criteria that support participant evaluation and feedback
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in designing, developing, or researching complex human-centered content or scenarios
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex contexts into clear simulation materials
Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing requirements and content for accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
Technical curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools for research and creative development
