WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Deep understanding of UX writing best practices across web, mobile, and email
Strong information architecture and content organization skills
Ability to write clear, concise microcopy that guides users through complex flows
Experience collaborating with designers, researchers, and product managers
Data-driven approach to content optimization and iteration
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Expertise in creating and maintaining content style guides
Experience with A/B testing and content performance metrics

Skills and Requirements
4+ years of UX writing, content design, or related digital content experience
Bachelor's degree in UX Writing, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX writing across multiple platforms and channels- operates on website mobile app and email and chat.
Tailor copy to whatever is best on the channel.
Experience writing for product interfaces, marketing communications, and transactional content
Hard skills: have experience with larger enterprise/ company. - More complex business experience. Tools: MS tools. Nice to know Figma- not required). - Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital accessibility standards
Background in user research and usability testing
Familiarity with content management systems and email platforms
Understanding of localization and content internationalization
