Role
As a member of the EMEA Marketing team, provide effective support in the planning and execution of marketing strategies across all business units, for both the Audio-Technica brand and Distributed Brands.
The role will operate across defined EMEA regions, collaborating closely with regional stakeholders to organise campaigns, create content, and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
Demonstrating excellent organisation and communication skills, you will maintain a strong focus on monitoring, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple territories.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out effective monitoring and organisation of daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of marketing activities across assigned EMEA regions.
Support colleagues across the business in the organisation and implementation of projects and product launches across multiple territories.
Collect and create, with internal teams and external agencies, content for websites and social media accounts tailored to regional audiences.
Take responsibility for managing digital communication channels (e.g. Mailchimp), creating and distributing content for customer and internal communications (newsletters, etc.) in collaboration with the direct management.
Coordinate regional PR activities, local marketing staff, and media partners to deliver press releases, case studies, and media presence.
Execute the advertisement strategy across defined EMEA regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, transparency, adaptability, and budget responsibility.
Manage the administration, collection, and organisation of marketing materials for Commercial & Distributed Brands, collaborating with design and content teams to produce case studies, brochures, sales sheets, and presentations.
Collaborate with the web team, social media manager, and external agencies to support Google Ads and social media campaigns across EMEA regions.
Communicate directly with affiliates, regional offices, and brand partners, building trust and maintaining strong working relationships across diverse markets.
Proactively contribute creative ideas and support the development of new campaigns and initiatives tailored to regional needs.
Respond to administrative queries in a timely manner, coordinating with the wider EMEA Marketing Team as required.
Act as a key interface between operational and strategic marketing to ensure clear communication and effective execution across regions.
Participate actively in cross-regional projects to optimise customer and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Essential
Completed marketing apprenticeship or minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent written and spoken German
Strong intercultural competence, with openness and empathy across diverse regions
High level of teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
Excellent organisational and planning abilities
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a 'getting things done' attitude
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects across regions
Confidence in contributing creative ideas
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Mailchimp, and social media platforms
Desirable
Knowledge of the Pro-Audio sector or another professional B2B industry
Fluency in additional European or regional languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Arabic)
