ThinkTrends · Herndon, VA, USA ·

Pay:
100.000 - 140.000
Job type:
Full Time

ThinkTrends builds agentic infrastructure for enterprise environments that is secure, production-ready, and designed for the complexity of regulated industries. Our platform gives organizations the foundation to deploy AI agents with the control, compliance, and transparency that enterprise demands.

We work with customers across the public sector and life sciences industry to modernize data workflows, streamline document processing, and deliver AI-driven decision support at scale. Our team brings together deep technical expertise and domain understanding to solve high-impact problems in complex, high-stakes environments.

What This Role Is
We're hiring a Product & Growth Manager to own the full product-to-market lifecycle, from roadmap prioritization and product strategy to GTM execution, positioning, and demand generation. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of product thinking and commercial growth.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of our agentic AI infrastructure platform, how it works, why enterprises need it, and how it compares in the market. You’ll translate that understanding into roadmap decisions, crisp messaging, and inbound pipelines that move the business forward.

This role grows over time. As the company scales, product ownership expands. You’re coming in at a stage where what you build now becomes the foundation for the product organization. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and delivery teams, aligning roadmap with customer reality, enabling the sales team to close, and ensuring product and commercial goals move in the same direction.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Own

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate market signals and customer needs into roadmap priorities. Own milestones and communicate progress across the company.

Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and sales plays. Own the GTM calendar from strategy to delivery.

Product Marketing & Positioning: Define ICP, own competitive differentiation, produce battle cards, one-pagers, and demo narratives that land with enterprise buyers.

Demand Generation: Build the inbound engine, content strategy, SEO, campaign planning, and pipeline reporting. Own the top of funnel.

Market Intelligence: Competitive analysis, customer interviews, and win/loss tracking, with insights feeding directly into roadmap decisions. Stay ahead of shifts in agentic AI and regulated markets.

Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the materials, narratives, and collateral they need to close enterprise and federal deals.

Metrics & OKR Ownership: Define and own KPIs across product adoption, pipeline health, and campaign performance. Set OKRs each quarter and report on outcomes.

Qualifications
You’re a Fit If

You have 5–8 years in B2B SaaS product management or product marketing, with real ownership of outcomes

You’ve positioned technical products to business buyers and know how to close the abstraction gap

You write well, crisp, clear, fast. Blog posts, one-pagers, email sequences, battle cards

You move fast with incomplete information and don’t wait for perfect before shipping

You’re comfortable operating in a high-growth startup where the playbook is still being written

You can hold product, marketing, and growth thinking in the same head without losing clarity

You’re comfortable owning measurable outcomes, pipeline, adoption metrics, campaign performance, not just activities

You’ve worked cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams and know how to influence without authority
