Role Overview
The Vice President of Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for Precise Behavioral Health. This role focuses on positioning Precise as a leader in delivering an integrated Behavioral Health Operating System.

Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
- Establish market leadership through strong brand positioning.
- Demand Generation and Pipeline Development
- Build and scale a demand generation engine supporting enterprise sales.
- Implement account‑based marketing strategies.
Product and Solution Marketing
- Lead go to market strategies across clinical services, digital platform, and revenue cycle solutions.
- Translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions.
- Provide tools and content to support sales including presentations, one pagers, and case studies.
Thought Leadership and Brand Development
- Drive conference presence, webinars, and industry publications.
- Digital Marketing and Performance Optimization
- Oversee websites, SEO, paid media, and analytics.
- Track KPIs such as lead generation and conversion rates.
Cross Functional Alignment
- Partner with sales, clinical, product, and revenue cycle teams.
Required Experience
- 10 to 15 years of healthcare marketing leadership experience.
- Experience in behavioral health, digital health, or clinical services.
