Job Overview

The Vice President, Marketing Communications is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and executing ERREKA Medical's global marketing communications strategy, brand positioning, thought leadership initiatives, and market engagement programs.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will oversee all aspects of corporate communications, public relations, content strategy, digital marketing, media engagement, and brand development to strengthen ERREKA Medical's visibility and credibility within the cryptocurrency, fintech, and institutional finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Communications Strategy & Brand Leadership: Develop and execute global strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives; strengthen brand positioning and differentiation.
  • Corporate Communications & Public Relations: Lead media relations, executive communications, and public affairs; manage relationships with industry analysts and key opinion leaders.
  • Thought Leadership & Content Strategy: Position the company as a leading voice in crypto derivatives and fintech; oversee market research, industry reports, and educational content.
  • Digital Marketing & Market Engagement: Lead initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels to support client acquisition and market awareness.
  • Global Brand Expansion: Support international expansion through localized strategies and strengthen presence across key global markets.
  • Data-Driven Marketing Performance: Establish KPIs and utilize analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Leadership & Organizational Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 20 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, PR, or brand strategy within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Proven success building and scaling global brands in regulated or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, derivatives trading, and institutional financial services.
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and strategic partners.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
