Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Washington, DC area. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, manage campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms, and work to build the Beauty 4U brand. Responsibilities include leading a team, developing data-driven marketing strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring consistent brand messaging to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. The role also involves conducting performance analysis and staying informed about market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness.

- Marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign oversight experience.
- Strong skills in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics, performance data, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content and managing marketing communications.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team effectively.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
