The Judge Group is seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of IT consulting engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across strategic accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Defining and managing the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Overseeing the project delivery team to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Monitoring project budget and profitability.
- Facilitating effective communication between the client and the project team.
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the client organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing consulting engagements (especially IT services)
- Track record of delivering large, complex programs successfully
- Ability to: Build and maintain executive-level relationships, act as primary escalation point, understand business needs and translate them into delivery plans.
