They’re now hiring their first dedicated Content Marketing Lead — a highly visible role working directly with senior marketing leadership to help scale the business through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and category-defining content.
This role requires 5 days per week on site in either New York City or San Francisco.
What You’ll Do
- Own content strategy and execution across blogs, case studies, webinars, social, and thought leadership initiatives
- Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, engaging, high-impact storytelling
- Create compelling customer stories that build credibility and drive demand
- Develop whitepapers, research reports, launch content, scripts, and executive-facing materials
- Experiment with new content formats including video, podcasts, webinars, and social-first campaigns
- Partner closely with founders, marketing leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape messaging and go-to-market narratives
- Use performance insights and audience data to iterate quickly and scale successful content initiatives
- Help establish and evolve the company’s brand voice during a period of rapid growth
What They’re Looking For
- Solid experience in content marketing, product marketing, editorial, brand storytelling, or related B2B SaaS environments
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with strong creative instincts
- Experience creating content across multiple formats including written, visual, and video
- Comfortable interviewing customers and turning conversations into compelling narratives
- Familiarity with social-first content and modern B2B content distribution strategies
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with ambiguity and ownership
- Bonus points for experience creating on-camera or creator-style content
